OCULID® External Eyelid Weights provide an immediate and effective non-surgical treatment of lagophthalmos for patients with temporary facial paralysis or Bell’s Palsy. OCULID® External Eyelid Weights are made of painted tantalum and quickly attach to the upper eyelid with the double-sided, hypoallergenic adhesive strips.

OCULID® Sizing Sets assist in selecting the appropriate implantable or external eyelid weight. The eyelid should close without difficulty and induce a slight ptosis of 1.0 mm.  The eyelid weights are made of tantalum, ideal for surgical implants because of a lack of reactivity.
