The Awh MVP™ enables to remove ILM and ERM without the use of forceps. It includes small micro-picks for initial engagement of the membranes.

The crescent shape large smooth pick is used to aid in the initial engagement and aspiration of the membranes. The aspiration port uses active aspiration of the vitrectomy machine.

In combination with the motion of the hand, it grasps membranes, removes them from the retina, and aspirates them out of the eye.
