As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to have an impact across the United States, I would like to provide an update on how this has affected FCI Ophthalmics. At this time, FCI is operating on a reduced schedule with limited onsite staff; as a result, this may impact customer service, order processing and product shipments.
We will continue to listen to the recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and other local and national health organizations as we strive to protect our employees and customers. FCI Ophthalmics, headquartered in Massachusetts, is following the direction of local government throughout this pandemic.
For now, orders must be emailed to [email protected] phones will not be regularly monitored. You will be notified when the shipment is processed and will leave our facility.
Our employees have been educated about COVID-19 and reminded to follow simple, but effective, precautionary steps including frequent handwashing and social distancing to keep them safe. We are disinfecting our office and equipment daily. Employees have been instructed to take any sign of illness seriously and seek medical attention as needed.
The health and safety of our employees and customers is our #1 priority.
